The Kashmir Great Lakes Trek is widely regarded as the prettiest trek in India. It validates Kashmir's title as "Paradise on Earth." The trek takes you through five lush valleys and seven turquoise high-altitude lakes, including the famous Vishansar, Kishansar, Gadsar, Satsar, and Gangabal lakes.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1:Srinagar to Sonamarg
Drive from Srinagar to Sonamarg camp.
Day 2:Sonamarg to Nichnai
Trek through maple forests to Nichnai valley.
Day 3:Nichnai to Vishansar Lake
Cross Nichnai Pass to reach the stunning Vishansar Lake.
Day 4:Vishansar to Gadsar
Cross Gadsar Pass, the highest point, and reach Gadsar Lake.
Day 5:Gadsar to Satsar
Trek to Satsar, a collection of seven small lakes.
Day 6:Satsar to Gangabal
Trek to the twin lakes of Gangabal and Nundkol.
Day 7:Gangabal to Naranag
Descend to Naranag and drive to Srinagar.
Day 8:Buffer Day
Buffer day for bad weather.
